Can I get a refund if my order has already shipped?
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be refunded.
How long do I have to cancel my order for a refund?
You have 12 hours to cancel your order for a refund. If the cancellation is made after 12 hours, a 5% fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
