Processing & Shipping Timeframes
At S.W.E.D., we aim to get your orders out as swiftly as possible. Here's what you can expect regarding our production and shipping processes:
Processing Time: We ship orders during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Orders with all items in stock will typically be shipped within 1-2* business days. While we do our best to keep our website stock accurate, occasional stockouts may occur. In such cases, we'll promptly notify you via email to discuss how to proceed.
Domestic Shipping: For domestic orders, we offer flat-rate economy shipping for orders under $50 and free shipping for orders over $50. Economy shipping within the mainland US usually takes 3-10 business days, depending on your location and postal service volume. Shipments to domestic destinations outside of the U.S Mainland may take up to 15 business days from the ship date. Our economy shipping service utilizes UPS for initial distribution and USPS for final delivery.
Upgraded Shipping: We also provide upgraded shipping options via UPS Ground and UPS 2nd-Day Air. Please note our processing timeframes when selecting these upgraded options after 2:00 pm MST on Friday or during the weekend.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the status of your package every step of the way. If you haven't received a confirmation email, please contact us at contact@swed.com with the subject line “MISSING TRACKING LINK”. In the email body, include the full name used on the order and the date the order was placed.
Note: Processing time may extend up to 3 business days during periods of high order volume, such as 4/20 and Christmas.
