Currency: Understanding Charges in Different Currencies
At S.W.E.D. we aim to provide straightforward pricing for our products and services and we recognize that international transactions can sometimes be confusing, especially when charges appear in currencies other than USD (United States Dollar).
Here's what you need to know:
- Pricing in USD: All our prices are listed in USD. This means that regardless of your location or preferred currency, our platform displays prices in USD.
- Currency Conversion: When you make a purchase with a non-USD currency, your financial institution will convert the transaction amount into your local currency based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Please note that exchange rates may vary, leading to slight differences between the listed price and the amount charged to your account.
- Statement Reflecting Charges: The charge on your account statement may appear slightly different from the listed price due to currency conversion and any associated fees applied by your financial institution.
- Refunds and Currency Exchange: While we strive to ensure a seamless experience for our customers, we want to clarify that we have no control over exchange rates. As a result, we are unable to process refunds or adjustments related to currency exchange fluctuations.
To recap, all of our prices are listed in USD and may reflect differently on your statement if your currency is not USD. We have no control over exchange rates and are not able to process any refunds in relation to currency exchange.
If you have any questions or concerns about the charges on your account or need assistance with currency exchange, please reach out to our customer support team. We're here to help clarify any issues and ensure your experience with us is smooth.
